Our A/C went out when the temperature was in the high 80s. It was miserable. We found Hixon's great ratings on Yelp, and they surpassed their reputation! Brad and Josh were very professional, efficient, and polite. They worked very diligently the entire time they were here. Our house feels great, and we highly recommend them to anyone in the Dacula area! Fantastic experience!

I left a message on Sunday with Hixon Heating and Air due to my air conditioner breaking. I was contacted early Monday morning and Richard Hixon showed up on time to my house the same day. He could have told me I needed a new unit, but he said it was only a condenser and fried wire. Thirty minutes later, my bedroom is starting to cool off!! Thank you so much Hixon Heating and Air....they are always there for you. I am a loyal customer!! 5 STARS!

I called Hixon concerning an issue I was experiencing with my AC. Phillip showed up promptly at my house and quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC up and running in about 15 minutes!! Thanks Phillip for your response time and your professionalism. I will use you guys again!

Went with Hixon to replace my upstairs A/C based on recommendation from friend and glad I did. Before going with Hixon, I had another local company come out to also assess issues with current AC and price a new system. Other guys insisted I needed the cadillac of all AC systems to cool the upstairs and estimate came in at about 5X that of Hixon (yes 5X). Hixon nailed it, with exactly what I needed to keep large upstairs area nice and cool without any overkill or upsell. Enjoyed working with Mitch to assess issues with current A/C (and solutions to keep up and running), but in the end, decided it was time to replace. Mike G and Josh did the install and would highly recommend. If you want honest, professional, and no nonsense people dealing with your AC, consider giving Hixon a try.

I have used Hixon heating and air since I had an issue with my Heil actually unit. The manufacturer asked if they could send someone to look at it and the company they sent was Hixon. From that day meeting with Richard I promised to use them and them only. Since the first meeting I have some minor issues and Hixon was the company I called. They are honest friendly and on time. I highly recommend anyone who needs heating and cooling help to give the great people at Hixon a call. -Bill W.

Hixon was excellent. AC went out at 4pm. Looked them up, called and the AC was working by 6pm. Phil the repair man was very professional. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them especially if you are in a pinch. -Wilfrid G.
